What is a CSA Share?

A Community Support Agriculture (CSA) Share is a weekly box of vegetables and some fruit. Shares are purchased in the spring and are available for pickup at a nearby location during the growing season. Our program begins mid June and runs for 20 weeks. Here are some items you may see in your boxes:

  • Early Season (June - mid July) - lettuce, spinach, beets, turnips, radishes, peas, carrots, swiss chard, kohlrabi, basil and other herbs
  • Mid Season (mid July - mid Sept) - sweet corn, tomatoes, carrots, summer squash, zucchini, cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe, onion
  • Late Season (mid Sept - October) - winter squash, potatoes carrots, onions, pumpkins, lettuce, spinach, pears, apples

We can't guarantee you will see every item on this list due to weather, diseases, and pests. We work hard to provide a diverse selection of freshly picked fruits and vegetables in every box.

Take advantage of our close proximity to increase the freshness of your produce today.
